About the Encore Concert Series

The Encore Concert Series completes its ninth season as a Music Ministry of First Baptist Church. The Concert Series is supported by free-will offerings and patron contributions.

The mission of the Encore Concert Series is to provide an outreach in the York, Pennsylvania area by offering free public concerts that create opportunities for both young and accomplished musicians to demonstrate their God-given talents and abilities.

All Encore Concerts are held in the church sanctuary and are free and open to the public!

The 2010-2011 Concert Season

The first concert of the 2010-2011 season will be held on Saturday, October 2, 2010, at 7:00 PM. It will feature the duo "2" which is Peter H. Bloom, flute, and Mary Jane Rupert, piano and harp.

Odin Rathnam performs in the April 24 Encore Concert.
